What are the current ticket prices? Tickets are currently $15.00 for anyone over 48 inches tall and $10.00 for anyone under 48 inches tall.

 

Can I bring my selfie stick or monopod into the park? Selfie sticks, monopods, and similar items are not allowed in Parrot Island Waterpark.

 

What kinds of food does the park have? Parrot Island Waterpark has food for every taste.  Grab a bite to eat at the Island Breeze Snack Shop. View Island Breeze Snack Shop menu

 

What is the mailing address and phone number? The mailing address for Parrot Island Waterpark is 7300 South Zero Street, Fort Smith, AR 72903.  Our main office phone number is 479-788-6550.

 

Park Information

May I bring my own food and beverages into Parrot Island Waterpark? No outside food and beverages are allowed to be brought into Parrot Island Waterpark.  However, exceptions are made for guests with special dietary needs to include food allergies and baby food/formula.

 

How do I re-enter the park if I have to leave for some reason? Guests who leave the park and plan to return must get their hand stamped before they leave the park at the exit gate.  When guests return to the park, they must enter through the ticket booth to show their hand stamp.  This includes season pass holders.  Season Passes can only be scanned once per day.  Transferring hand stamps is a violation of Parrot Island policies and is strictly prohibited.

 

Are pets permitted at Parrot Island Waterpark? Pets are not allowed, with the exception of working service animals.

 

Is smoking permitted in the park? Parrot Island is a smoke-free park, and all forms of smoking, including E-cigarettes and vaping, are prohibited.

 

Do you rent strollers and wheelchairs?  Parrot Island does not have strollers or wheelchairs available for rent, and cannot hold on to strollers or wheelchairs for guests.

 

Does Parrot Island Waterpark have a dress code? In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, Parrot Island strictly enforces a dress code.  Please visit our Park Policies page for Dress Code requirements. View Park Policies

 

Is there a place to store my belongings inside the park? Lockers are located outside of the Men’s and Women’s Restrooms to either side of the Bathhouse. Locker prices are as follows:

Lockers are available and are accessible for a full day.

 

Can I bring a Cooler into the park? Guests may bring coolers into the park for $10.00 or purchase a Cooler Season Pass for $59.00.  All coolers are subject to search by staff and alcoholic beverages, glass, or fast food are strictly prohibited.

 

Where is First Aid located? First Aid is located next to the Men’s Restroom by the Party Pavilion.

 

What happens if I lose something while at the park? If you lose something while at the park, please come to our main office and we will have you fill out a lost article report.  If the item(s) are found, you will be contacted via telephone.

 

What happens if it rains? Rain checks will be made available to all guests entering the park if all attractions have been closed for more than two hours consecutively.  Rain checks are not issued for season pass holders.

 

Do you have any suggestions if our party gets separated? Arrange a meeting place and time should your party become separated.  All lost children are brought to the Main Offices.  Lost parents are also directed to the Main Offices.  Parents with lost children can fill out a lost child report.  This report is relayed to all team members carrying radios throughout the park.

 

Attraction Information

Are there restrictions for guests with casts? Guests with casts are not permitted on any water ride or attraction.

 

Are there restrictions for guests with prosthetic devices? There are restrictions on certain rides, depending on the prosthetic device.  If a guest cannot maintain proper rider position without the prosthetic, or is unable to swim without the device, the guest will not be allowed to ride.

What is your loose article policy? Loose articles are not permitted on rides and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers.  Parrot Island and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Loose articles of any kind (including but not limited to purses, backpacks, and beverage containers) may not be taken down the waterslides.

 

Are there inner tubes available for use? Single and double rider tubes are provided complimentary for guest use.  Tubes must remain in the lazy river / activity pool and are not to be taken back to your seating area.

Do you offer military discounts? Parrot Island is pleased to extend a special discount on day passes of 15% to all veterans and active duty military personnel and their immediate family members from all branches of the United States Armed Forces.  Military ID is required.

 

If my child is 3 years old, does he/she need a ticket?  Children 3 years old and younger do not need a ticket or season pass to enter the park.

 

Do you offer a non-swimmer ticket? Non-swimmer tickets are $5.00 each.  Non-swimmers will be required to wear a wristband at all times.

 

What do I do if I lost my season pass card or would like an additional card? Lost/stolen season pass cards and additional cards may be purchased from the Main Office for $5.00

 

What is the youngest my child can come to the park without me?  Children 14-years and under must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+).  There are no exceptions.
