No, but printed tickets are preferred. We will, however, need you to have the tickets on your phone or tablet. Please note that screenshots are difficult to scan and we cannot allow entry without scanning tickets. Please see the examples below.

Do you offer military discounts?
Parrot Island is pleased to extend a special discount on day passes of 15% to all veterans and active-duty military personnel and their immediate family members from all branches of the United States Armed Forces. Military ID is required. Guests purchasing tickets at the ticket windows will receive the discount at the time of purchase. Guests purchasing tickets online can show their receipt and ID upon arrival to receive a refund in the amount of the discount.
If my child is 3 years old, does he/she need a ticket?
Children 3 years old and younger do not need a ticket or season pass to enter the park.
Do you offer a non-swimmer ticket?
Parrot Island offers a discount for seniors, guests under 48 inches, and a 15% discount for military personnel on day ticket purchases. Children ages three and under are always free. All guests are required to wear a wristband at all times.
What do I do if I do not have my season pass card on me or would like an additional card?
Season pass holders must present their season pass on every visit to enter the park. Season passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Season passes are specific to the holder and may not be used by anyone other than the pass holder. Failure to follow these policies may result in revocation of the pass. If you do not have your season pass cards and additional cards may be purchased from Guest Services for $5.00. This includes lost, stolen, or not on your person.
Can another person use my season pass or is it transferable?
No. Season passes are valid for one person, the person whose picture and name is on the back of the card. You can transfer your season pass to another person if the card has not been scanned for the season or has not been processed into the plastic photo ID card. This includes season passes purchased online.
What is the youngest my child can come to the park without me?
Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times, and cannot be left alone on park property. Guests who are not at least 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Parents must keep children aged five and under within arm’s reach at all times. Photo ID (State/School) will be required for proof of age. Children ages 15, 16 and 17 must provide valid form of identification (school or state ID that clearly states proof of age with a photo) to enter the park unaccompanied by an adult (18+).
May I bring my own food and beverage into Parrot Island Waterpark?
No outside food and beverages are allowed to be brought into Parrot Island Waterpark. However, exceptions are made for guests with special dietary needs including food allergies and baby food/formula. Guests may bring in an insulated tumbler (i.e. Yeti). The cup must be empty when bringing it into the park. The guest can purchase a drink or will we provide complimentary ice and water at the Island Breeze Snack Shop. This will be served to you in a Parrot Island paper cup that you can pour into your favorite insulated tumbler. Where is Health Services located?
Health Services is located next to Guest Services at the front gate. Breastfeeding mothers are also welcome to use Health Services for a climate-controlled place to relax and take care of their new additions to the family!
How do I re-enter the park if I have to leave for some reason?
Guests who leave the park and plan to return must leave their wristband on. When guests return to the park, they must enter through the ticket booth to show their wristband. This includes season pass holders. Season Passes can only be scanned once per day. Transferring wristband is a violation of Parrot Island policies and is strictly prohibited.
Do you rent strollers and wheelchairs?
Parrot Island does not have strollers or wheelchairs available for rent, and cannot hold on to strollers or wheelchairs for guests. Guests are encouraged to bring their own personal strollers and wheelchairs.
Is there a place to store my belongings inside the park?
Lockers are located outside of the Men’s and Women’s Restrooms on either side of the front gate. Lockers are purchased from the self-service kiosk in the Tiki Hut Gift Shop.
What happens if I lose something while at the park?
Lost & Found is located at Guest Services. If you lose something while at the park, please come to Guest Services and we will have you fill out a lost article report. If the item(s) are found, you will be contacted via telephone. Items will be held for two weeks before being donated. Click here to fill out a Lost & Found form.
What happens if it rains?
In the event inclement weather requires water attractions to shut down, once weather conditions have improved, the rides and attractions will reopen.
Once the attractions reopen following a temporary closure due to weather, rain checks will no longer be offered. Cash refunds are not given for inclement weather.

What kind of food does the park have?

Are pets permitted at Parrot Island Waterpark?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of working service animals.
Is smoking permitted in the park?
Parrot Island is a smoke-free park, and all forms of smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, are prohibited.
What if our party gets separated?
Arrange a meeting place and time should your party become separated. All lost children are brought to the Health Services. Lost parents are also directed to the Health Services. Parents with lost children should go to Guest Services. Guest Services will contact all Team Members carrying radios throughout the park.
Behavior
We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are offensive to park guests and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or bypass others. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they chose to return.
Language
Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the park without a refund.
Does Parrot Island Waterpark have a dress code?
In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, Parrot Island Waterpark strictly enforces a dress code. Proper swimwear is required. Swimwear with rivets or any other metal ornamentation is not permitted on the water slides. Clothing or tattoos with offensive language or graphics are not permitted at any time.

Life Jackets
Life jackets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis in a variety of sizes at no charge. We strongly recommend all guests 48” tall or under, are weak swimmers or non-swimmers wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved flotation device. Parents must keep children aged five and under within arm’s reach at all times. The use of your personal flotation device(s) will be subject to lifeguard approval. No water wings or inflatable devices are permitted.
Lifejackets cannot be taken down waterslides
Are there inner tubes available for use?
Tubes are provided complimentary for guest use. Tubes must remain in the lazy river and are not to be taken back to your seating area.
Can I bring my own face mask goggles, snorkel, and/or fins?
Although we have expansive swimming areas, face masks with snorkels and fins are not allowed due to the proximity to other guests and safety issues. Goggles are permitted.
Can I bring my selfie stick or monopod into the park?
Selfie sticks, monopods, and similar items are not allowed in Parrot Island Waterpark.
Photography
Parrot Island Waterpark requests that all photographs or videos taken by our guests be used for their personal use and enjoyment only. Any use, reuse, or reproduction for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Parrot Island Waterpark is strictly prohibited. No commercial photography of any kind is permitted. Are there restrictions for guests with casts?
Guests with casts are not permitted on any water ride or attraction.
Are there restrictions for guests with prosthetic devices?
There are restrictions on certain rides, depending on the prosthetic device. If a guest cannot maintain proper ride position without the prosthetic or is unable to swim without the device, the guest will not be allowed to ride.
Rider Responsibility
There is an inherent risk in participating in any amusement ride. We expect riders to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner. Guests must obey all verbal and written warnings and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply with ride rules may be ejected from the park without a refund. Please refer to specific guidelines posted at the entrance of every ride or attraction.
Are there rides for small children to enjoy?
Parrot Island Waterpark is home to some of the most exciting rides that your pint-sized ones will enjoy!
What is your loose article policy?
Loose articles are not permitted on rides and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers. Parrot Island and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Loose articles of any kind (including but not limited to purses, backpacks, and beverage containers) may not be taken down the waterslides.

We promote a safe and family-friendly atmosphere. All guests are prohibited from bringing in any weapons of any kind onto the premises. Parrot Island does not allow weapons and does not provide weapon lockers. We ask off-duty law enforcement to identify themselves upon entry if they plan on bringing in concealed weapons.
Weapons include, but are not limited to firearms, knives, explosives, handcuffs, batons, pepper spray, brass knuckles, throwing stars, and any other instrument that can be used to cause bodily harm.
Guests found in possession of any weapon will be asked to remove the item from the premises immediately. Those that do not comply may be ejected from the waterpark.
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Parrot Island Waterpark prohibits the operation or use of any unmanned aerial vehicle on, from, or above Parrot Island Waterpark premises absent specific consent.
