No rain check, refunds, or exchanges. Wristbands are required for entry and reentry. Tickets are valid for one visit for one person during the operating season specified on the front of your ticket. This ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount program. Fees for food & beverage are not included. Operating hours are subject to change without notice. Special events are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Your ticket entitles holder to one day admission to Parrot Island Water Park during public operation hours and includes the use of all rides and attractions unless restrictions apply. Due to circumstances beyond our control, some attractions may not be operating at the time the ticket is purchased or redeemed. Holder agrees the ticket will not be sold or in any other manner used in direct promotion of any business. This ticket cannot be used for advertising, promotion, or any other trade purpose without the written consent of ARM PIWP LLC. This ticket will not be replaced, nor will a refund be given, if lost or stolen. The holder hereof assumes all risk of accident and personal injury, loss, or damage to property regardless of cause, and acknowledges that management assumes no responsibility for accident or loss sustained by any person resulting from or in any way arising out of the conditions or use of the premises covered by this ticket.

Tickets, Vouchers, and Season Passes remain the property of ARM PIWP LLC, (Parrot Island Water Park) and are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.

ARM PIWP LLC, (Parrot Island Water Park) is a private company that manages and operates Parrot Island Water Park in a leaseback arrangement.

ARM PIWP LLC has the right to remove anyone from the park property and the parking lot for any reason.
